TERMS & CONDITIONS
-
Only one entry per college group/individual is allowed. Applying for more than one entry will lead to the disqualification of the one, for the following festival year.

Content used in both Short Films and Theatre Plays should be acknowledged, if copied or taken from their respective owners.
-
Entries made after the given last date will not be entertained.
-
Duration of the Short Films should be followed as per OIFFTA'19 rules, i.e. Minimum 8 minutes and Maximum 15 minutes. Entries not falling in this category will be disqualified.

Duration of the Plays should not be less than 45 minutes and more than 60 minutes.
-
The language of the Film/Play should be 60% of either Hindi or English.
-
Plays will be provided with one hour, prior the show time, for tech check and stage setup.

Only a few chairs will be available for the set. Company will not provide any sort of set. (A request for the same, could be made to the Oiffta festival manager).

Play Teams are requested to get their own Light and Music Operators, Company will not provide any sort of help to the groups.

Showcasing any type of explicit content, use of strong language or portraying obscenity is strictly prohibited.

Registration Fees of both Films and Plays is non-refundable.

Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

The Operose Theatre & Film Company or it's employees, artists, staff, company members or the director will not be responsible for any type of loss, injury, accidents or disabilities to follow the T&Cs faced by the outsiders/performing group/individual.

Use of alcohol, cigarettes, hookah, pan masala, match sticks, fire catching substances, lighters or sharp blades is strictly prohibited. Any damage occurred to the auditorium or it's properties in it's premises or any damage caused to the fellow persons in the festival by anyone will lead to legal experiences. Strict action will be taken against the guilty.

The decision of the winning positions (Best Play, Best Director, Best Actor & Best Film) will be made by the Jury and will be the final decision.

Only the selected short film/s will be screened in the festival.

The prize money will be provided at the time of the announcement only, through any legal mode of monetary exchanges.

The Company reserves the right to make changes in the terms of prize distribution, such as prize money, distribution of certificates, distribution of trophies or the distribution of Operose merchandise, without prior notice to the candidates/applicants/contestants.

Company reserves the rights to disqualify any entry even after the selection and is not answerable to the disqualified candidate/contestant/applicant/group/college group/individual, in any manner.

Misbehaving or emerging into violence with the Company's Staff, Volunteers, Artists, Employees or the Director will lead to legal experiences. Strict action will be taken against the individual/group.

Entry to the festival is strictly via Tickets, available at the Box Office, BookMyShow, PayTM & Operose Website. No free entry allowed. Trespassers will be prosecuted.

Photography & Videography inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

Eating or Drinking (Beverages) is not allowed inside the auditorium.
